The Birkenhead Brewing Company (BBC) is an award-winning craft brewery based in Auckland, New Zealand. The BBC’s beers have a distinct taste that stand out from the competition, with a range of styles to suit everyone’s palette. The brewery and craft beer offering are complemented with a tasting studio in Birkenhead, open daily from 5pm to late, and boasting a 4.5 star rating on TripAdvisor. The BBC also has a nationwide distribution deal with renowned craft beer distributors Beertique, who operate at over 800 outlets across New Zealand and have plans to export its beers to overseas markets in Asia and Europe.
Equitise investors invested NZ$210,000 in 2016 as early stage capital to allow for sales and marketing and to fuel their expansion into new markets.
