XTV's strategy is defined by its focused approach, supporting companies from early-stage to late-stage. What truly sets XTV apart is its exclusive deal flow, supported by strategic alliances with Australia’s leading sporting bodies and health organisations like HCF. The firm’s leadership boasts extensive expertise in media, sport, health, and fund management, offering a distinct blend of operational and investment insights that create significant value for both portfolio companies and investors.

XTV High Performance Fund I
XT Ventures is currently raising capital for its High Performance Fund I, targeting a final close at $50m.
The fund is targeting a 38% IRR (5x return multiple on invested capital in 5 years) through buy & build style private capital investing into Australian Series A+ Sport & Health businesses. The Fund builds in investment terms and strategies to achieve exits and liquid returns to investors.
The Sport & Health segments have strong tailwinds and offer prime investment potential due to their increasing demand for innovative solutions (i.e., increased need for new technology to support existing assets). The Fund will utilise an active & hands-on portfolio investment management focusing on stage and ownership stake profiles (i.e., Series A & 7-12% stake).
Investment Highlights
- Untapped Market
Australia's SportsTech sector is valued at A$4.25 billion annually, experiencing a robust 11.8% year-on-year growth as new technologies enhance both on-field performance and off-field operations.
Meanwhile, the Australian health technology market was valued at A$2.5 billion in 2022 and is projected to grow at a 20.1% CAGR from 2022 to 2030, driven by increasing demand for innovative healthcare solutions.
