“The simplicity of the Equitise platform and it's processes have to be by far a  standout. All you are is a few clicks away from investing in a potentially game-changing company and throughout the entire process you feel at ease with the abundance of support and information provided by the platform. Equitise make  sure all the required information you need to make an informed investment decision is in easy to find places, leaving you 100% satisfied with your choice.”

Successful Raise

"We engaged with Equitise for our second Equity Crowdfund Raise. Having been through the process before we knew exactly the kind of background support that we required to enable a successful result. We had a lot of questions due to our timing and the global covid pandemic at the time however the team at Equitise managed, through regular on line team meetings to put all our hesitations at bay and we were able to break a New Zealand Equitise capital raise record. The team were very professional and diligent in their processes and the personal touches like being easily contactable (even out of hours) were second to none. A great experience of that can be a very stressful business undertaking. World class indeed."

"We interviewed a number of ECF businesses but decided on Equitise because we liked the fit, the breadth of work they’d done ... and the opportunity to have a more liquid platform down the line. The process for us was really good.

The outcome was we had 292 new investors. Many of whom are members of our platform who are delighted to be part of our journey. Many have asked how they can invest again. But also having those brand advocates out there - giving us greater awareness in the public area - has been really good for us."

Clare KinseyGeneral Manager at Plastiq
Successful Raise

"Plastiq had over 1,200 people subscribe interest in the offer. After less than two days of the offer being public, it had hit $200,000, hitting the maximum target ($400,000) with 25 days to go. It was a very worthwhile process to partner with Equitise to raise via equity crowdfunding. The process was comprehensive and the team were great to work with."
